Raes Abdul Wahed ''(also transliterated as Abdul Rais Wahid and Abdul Wahid)'' is an Afghan warlord. 〔 (mirror ) 〕 According to an article in the May 23, 2002 issue of ''Time'' magazine, Wahed was a Taliban commander who surrendered on January 5, 2002. Time reported that Wahed remained at large and in command of his district.
